Dr. Brooke Bowen, DMD
With her roots in south Florida, Dr. Bowen received her BS degree in Nutritional Science from the University of Florida. During those years, her passion for dentistry grew as she spent a great amount of time volunteering at the UF College of Dentistry. The positive impact that dentistry can have on a patient’s confidence and well-being is what ultimately drove her to choose this career.
Dr. Bowen received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Upon graduation, she began her dental career by completing a General Practice Residency at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Through this residency, she gained extensive training in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, root canal therapy, oral surgery, and emergency dentistry.
Dr. Bowen’s goal is to provide excellent dental care while effectively communicating with her patients to make their visit to the dentist a positive experience. She enjoys attending continuing education courses and collaborating with colleagues to provide her patients with the best comprehensive care. Dr. Bowen is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of General Dentistry, and the Pennsylvania Dental Association. Along with Dr. Dollfus, Dr. Bowen is member of the prestigious Philadelphia Academy of Stomatology. She is trained in nitrous oxide sedation and is Invisalign certified.
In her free time, Dr. Bowen enjoys playing outdoor sports such as tennis, pickleball, and golf. Dr. Bowen loves spending time in Avalon, NJ with her family. Also, as a self-proclaimed food critic, she loves trying new restaurants in the city.
